Profire Energy Inc. is a leading burner management and combustion company in the oil and gas industry. With office locations in Spruce Grove, Alberta Canada; Lindon, Utah; Houston and Victoria Texas; Pennsylvania and Oklahoma, Profire is positioned for aggressive future growth. We are currently seeking a results-oriented and customer focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for achieving territory and account sales goals. The person will be the primary point of contact with targeted territory end users, key influential engineers, operators, and fabricators located within territory boundaries. Objectives: • Develop and own the sales capability in the territory to meet sales objectives of the business. • Manage relationships with key customers, engineers, fabrication companies, and other market players. • Achieve maximum market share percentage in all customer categories. Responsibilities: • Further establish market presence and develop key customer relationships. • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. • Provide useful insights into how customers use our products and how they define value in the industry. • Generate sales opportunities through cold-calling and other promotional activities. • Follow-up all sales leads provided within the territory. • Actively manage new and existing client relationships via “Sales Now” CRM. • Maintain all sales records and comply with expense budgets as directed by management. • Manage inventory and all other company property per company policies. • Utilize strategic and consultative sales techniques in developing sales opportunities. • Liaise with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and product procurement. In all areas of responsibilities, candidate must demonstrate the: • Ability to quickly establish trust/relationships with customers, regional sales manager, BMS Specialist, and technical team. • Ability to be entrepreneurial and self-directed with a high sense of urgency to capture market share. Candidate Requirements: • Two plus years of experience in sales. • Knowledge of oil and gas products (preferred) • Ability to build relationships in a consulting manner • Comfortable in cold-calling and meeting customers in person. • Ability to work independently and meet objectives in a fast paced environment while effectively time managing and privatizing tasks and objectives. • Proficiency with MS Office Products. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent of two plus years experience in the area of outside sales. Location and Travel: We have several positions located in North Dakota, Fort Collins/Greeley and/or Denver Colorado area and Midland, San Antonio and Corpus Christi Texas. Ability to travel required.
