Jandt Services LLC has an opening for an Executive Foreman in the Bakken oil field covering Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana. As a leader in the Bakken oil field services business Jandt Services has seen tremendous growth and we are looking for an executive caliber member to be added to our team. This individual will report directly to the company founder and President in Wibaux, MT as well as the corporate executive team in Dallas, TX. They will be charged with increasing overall bottom line net operating income by increasing margins, managing expenses and developing and maintaining efficiencies. Primary responsibilities will be ensuring all service calls are handled professionally and efficiently, coordinating rig moves, ensuring all invoices are signed by the local customer in a timely manner, setting trucking service routes, supervising, hiring and retaining service personnel, ensuring strict safety policies are adhered to by staff, managing expenses and bill backs, tracking inventory and equipment. Proactive communication and reporting to the entire executive staff will be a necessary component.
