Job Title: Production Foreman
Department: Drilling & Production

SUMMARY

The Production Foreman is responsible for the effective and economic installations, operation and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Supervise company and contract Lease Operators
• Supervise company and contract personnel conducting repair and maintenance operations
• Oversee activities of contractors performing well service lease maintenance and workover operations
• Recommend and implement maintenance programs
• Recommend changes in production operations and confer with Production Manager on implementing changes
• Code and approve all invoices for services to properties under his control
• Establish and maintains good working relationships with surface owners
• Oversee safety program
• Supervise more complex workovers and facility installations
• Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• HAZWOPER Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• H2S Training
• Valid state operator's license
