Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join the Equipment Reliability department. A Team of Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical Integrity and Rotating Equpment subject matter experts. This role is a developmental role supporting our reciprocating compressor and pump Subject Matter Experts and will work with field based technical personnel as needed for troubleshooting and correcting operational issues. The person in this role will become knowledgeable in the Williams Midstreams standards, policies, procedures and processes.
The person in this role, through formal training and self study, will learn about and develop an understanding of reciprocating gas compressor packages (Cat, Waukesha, Aerial, etc), sizing, installation, Operation and Maintenance requirements. This person will develop an intricate understanding of the control systems, combustion process, emissions and emissions control.
The person in this role, through formal training and self study, will learn about and develop an understanding of centrfugal liquid pumps, (sizing, installation, operation, maintenance). The centrifugal pumps are used for pumping Natural Gas Liquids, Amine soloutions, Hot Oil products, etc.
This position reports to the Equipment Reliability Manager.
