- Prepare monthly OPEX Scorecards
- Review cost variances prior to Field Ops monthly review meeting
- Prepare Production Scorecards and track variances
- Develop & maintain various spreadsheets, data base tools and
front-ends (Access, Discoverer) to better track daily operations
- Work with (and train) vendors on OneOxy coding issues
- Coordinate contract clerk input of daily WSM data (pulling unit work)
- Train Field Techs & Well Analyst to enter downtime (eVin and LOWIS)
- Compile and QC month-end financial metrics for review by Field Mgr/PCs
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for lease-hold requirements
- Work with Engrs, SCM and vendors to manage lift procurement & tracking
- Participate in routine Lift Reviews
- Coordinate fluid level requests/data input w/ vendor & well analysts
- Train and mentor new (FT & part-time) data input clerks in various Oxy applications
