The Bakken Asset continues to grow production and activity continues to increase.  The Asset Team specifically is responsible for proper planning, mapping and drawing, regulatory approval submission and tracking, HES evaluations and data collection, and infrastructure maintenance.   The position is to assist the asset manager and his direct reports to facilitate the proper handling of data associated with team growth.  The responsibilities of this position will include technician and administrative roles.

Technical Roles

• Search, compile, input, manipulate and evaluate data from engineering, regulatory, and HES from internal and external sources
• Provide secondary expertise for business processes like AFEs, ad hoc reports, and SAP utilization
• Data and file management
• Presentation assistance
• Regulatory correspondence
• Maintaining and upgrading the access database being utilized for project planning
• Creating and maintaining map data
• Drawing inventory and updates for company infrastructure

Administrative Roles

• IT requests
• Gather and process data to be entered into Microsoft Office programs
• Prepare and assist in preparing diagrams, routine notices, and presentations
• Maintaining team records

• Degree:  Bachelor's required
• Major Discipline:  Math, Science, Business Administration preferred
• Computer Proficiencies: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint) Working understanding of SAP. MS Access, ArcGIS, and AutoCad ability required
• Years Experience Required:  4+ Preferred
• Travel Required (%):  Minimal
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills for interfacing with all levels of the organization; strong organization and communication skills, self-motivated, well organized, creative and results oriented
