We are currently seeking a Training Specialist within the North America Production Operations Bakken Asset Team.
|
| Responsibilities: |
- Develop and/or obtain necessary training programs for HES hands-on training.
- Obtain Smith Driving instructor certification and teach classes for Bakken personnel.
- In conjunction with field HES techs, conduct hands-on HES training.
- Coordinate all HES/regulatory classroom and developmental/technical training for the Bakken Operations.
- Involvement, as requested by Corporate, in development and review of web based HES training programs.
- In conjunction with corporate training, develop job specific training programs for field and plant operations. This will include various levels of training associated with increasing operator and other craft position competencies.
- Coordinate scheduling of classroom training programs.
- Develop and/or obtain necessary operator and other craft position training programs. This will include web based and classroom.
- Lead and/or participate in operator and other craft position classroom training.
- In conjunction with corporate training, routinely review competencies and revise as appropriate. Work with corporate training to develop testing to verify competencies.
- Assist field operations in the development of operating and maintenance procedures. Develop training programs to aid the field in implementation of the procedures that are written.

Degree: Not Required
Computer Proficiencies: PowerPoint, Excel & Word required.
Skills: Strong Interpersonal skills - good listener, seeks input from others, able to build valuable relationships, provide positive mentoring. Communication - able to lead training sessions and deliver clear effective presentations, develop effective training programs, and collaborate with others to schedule training. Organized – coordination of multiple training session/topics.
